The concert is reminiscent of the traditional New Year concert hold in Viennese Musikverein. The program includes compositions by Johann Strauss II.

Anna Wolfinger
Anna Wolfinger graduated from the Music Academy in Kraków, Poland and the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg, Germany. Since 2012 she has been a soloist with the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic, Białystok, Poland, where she has performed in J. Strauss’s The Bat (Adela), Bizet’s Carmen (Frasquita, Micäela), Mozart’s The Magic Flute (Papagena), Verdi’s La Traviata (Annina), Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera (Carlotta), Telemann’s Pimpinone (Vespetta), Bock’s Fiddler on the Roof (Hudel), Williams’s Korczak (Basia), Moniuszko’s The Haunted Manor (Hanna). In March 2016 she made her debut at the Kraków Opera as Fiorilla in Rossini’s Il turco in Italia. Since December 2016 she can be seen at the Kraków Opera, singing Norina in Donizetti’s Don Pasquale. She has also performed at the Kraków Chamber Opera (Pergolesi’s La Serva Padrona and Livietta e Tracollo; Mozart’s Die Schuldigkeit des Ersten Gebots). She has taken part in the world premiere of the oratorio “Oto wierny sługa mój” by Hubert Kowalski and Piotr Pałka.

Kazimierz Dąbrowski
He graduated from the Music Academy in Warsaw. During his studies he undertook many artistic initiatives as an organizer and conductor. He also participated in several opera projects as assistant conductor and conductor, leading performances on the boards of the Warsaw Chamber Opera and the Teatr Wielki – National Opera. He took part in the master course in Austria. He received scholarships from the Keimyung University and the Pro Polonia Society foundation in Daegu, South Korea, and the Białystok City Major. In the years 2008 – 2014 he was the artistic director of the Suwałki Chamber Orchestra. He also conducts symphonic and chamber orchestras of the Music School in Białystok. In March 2011 he completed his doctoral studies at the Fryderyk Chopin Music University in Warsaw.
