Africa, Morocco, nearby Sahara – everything indicates that the Atlas Mountains should be a very exotic place for us Poles. Meanwhile, taking the last steps at the top of Toubkal, I had the impression that I am climbing a winter-European four-thousander.

This conviction, of course, accompanied me for only 10% of the whole trip. The remaining time is an amazing experience of African hospitality, diversity and abundance in many respects. During the lecture, I will show you what High Atlas looks like, what we can expect in that place and what to know and take with you on a trip to the highest peak of North Africa, Jebel Toubkal (4167 m above sea level).
