More than lesson and more than the cinema for teachers
We invite teachers for special projects , where you could watch films such us: „Body/Ciało”, „Ida” or „Wild tales” and acquaint with details of new NHEF programe for the school year 2015/2016.
The New Horizonts of Film Education it’s a project which has been realized for over 10 years. At the beginning we organized meetings in Muranów Cinema in Warsaw, then our monthly meetings for preschoolers, elementary school students, junior high and high schools were held in over forty cities. All the time our program is changing, because we want it will be exciting, interesting and current as well, and what’s the most important according to the core curriculum.
The NHEF film cycle for the school year 2015/2016 includes many lately films available at the cinemas but also titles which will be imported especially to our program. The innovation will be cycles linked to the core curriculum of 1st and 4th class of elementary school and the 1st class of gymnasium.
We improve our Web site and applications form so you could easily and faster enjoy the participation in the project. With planning of school year certeinly will help you our new publication, the teacher calendar of NHEF, where we marked among others: all most important dates and descriptions of our projects.
The promotial shows at Your local cinema :
We invite all teacher interested with our program New Horizons of Film Education 2015/2016 for special projects at your local cinemas. We provide all latest materials and show you the latest of film Małgorzata Szumowska ‘Body/Ciało’, awarded on Berlinale Festival. We will show ‘Ida’ directed by Paweł Pawlikowski and the film ‘Wild tales’ by Damián Szifron in selected cinemas. The admission for all specials shows for teachers is free.
