The Warsaw Sentimental Orchestra is a band reaching to the roots of the Polish pre-war music scene. The group performs songs from the repertoire of Adam Aston, Wiera Gran, Mieczysław Fogg and other theatrical, cabaret or film stars. It continues the tradition of revue performance of dance and sentimental songs, preserving the natural and timeless charm of them. At the same time they add a bit of contemporary musical sensitivity.

They debuted at the Polish Radio Festival “Nowa Tradycja” in May 2015, where they received an honourable mention. In May 2016 they published their debut album ”Umówmy się na dziś”.

In October 2016 the Orchestra, together with Karolina Cicha, presented a project “Zamehof” in POLIN – Museum of the History of Polish Jews. The project transferred the audience to the pre-war Zamenhof Street, with Yiddish theatres and cinemas.
