Let’s travel through the Armenian land you have not got to know. Davit Hakobyan, photographing Armenia, discovers it for the rest of the world. His pictures show a modern, dynamically changing country, its cultural flavour, and beautiful landscapes.

The “Travel Stories” exhibition is held in the year, when Poland marks two important anniversaries related to Armenia. The first one is the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Poland and Armenia. The second one marks the 650 years since issuing the first state document addressed to the Armenians as subjects of the Polish king.

Davit Hakobyan has been photographing for 15 years, for seven – he has been accompanying the Armenian head of state as his personal photographer. Since 2007, he has been working for the Armenpress agency, he is also a staff member of the PAN Photo Agency. He has participated in many exhibitions in Armenia and abroad. In 2016 he had an individual exhibition in Yerevan.

The exhibition opening will be accompanied by Armenian refreshments and tasting of delicious Armenian wines, which will be provided by the Smaki Kaukazu restaurant.
