Diana Volokhova, a finalist of the 2nd season of Polish MasterChef, will show us the secrets of Armenian cuisine. Diana did and internship at the French restaurant Michel Moran Bistro de Paris, at the Polish restaurant ZaKładka Food & Wine, as well as pastry apprenticeships at the T.Deker Patissier & Chocolatier, and Słodki… Słony among others. She co-runs the Więcej cafe, where she serves desserts from all over the world, and, together with Pavel Portoyan, very popular Warsaw Grill Kaukaski. She also runs Smak Armenii website (smakarmenii.pl), where she brings Caucasian cuisine closer, and a YouTube channel, where she presents Armenian cuisine from the inside, where she introduces the audience to Armenian dishes and how to prepare them.

She is one of the most recognizable Armenians in Poland, an ambassador of Armenian culture and history. In addition to promoting the cuisine of the Caucasus, that becomes more and more popular in our country, Diana Volokhova is also interested in Polish cuisine and creates her own recipes.
