Dos Gringos, i.e. Alicja Kubiak and Jan Kurzela are travelers who travel the off-road world, putting emphasis on learning about disappearing cultures and nature. They wrote several travel books and many articles on this subject.

They visited West Papua in 2017, and there they spent a lot of time with such tribes as Dani, Korowai or Asmat. The latter two tribes were former cannibals and headhunters. Living among them for some time, they could learn about their culture and customs, which the tribe members themselves told about. When the last act of cannibalism took place in these lands, what is the genesis of cannibalism at all, did the Asmats actually kill and eat Michael Rockefeller? We will be able to find out the answers during the presentation.
