The idea of playing carols on drums may seem like a joke, but it is not, at least not entirely. More than a mockery of good old melodies, it is an attempt to look at different angles on one of the most obvious parts of our culture. So close that it is almost imperceptible as a form that can be transformed.

Jerzy Rogiewicz – Born in 1983 in Bydgoszcz. Drummer, composer, pianist, musician, human. He debuted in Levity jazz trio, with whom he recorded 3 albums. As an improviser, he has performed with such artists as: Kazuhisa Uchihashi, Toshinori Kondo, DJ LENAR, Wojtek Mazolewski, Tomasz Duda and Paweł Szamburski. since 2010, he has been cooperating with Marcin Masecki. He is the creator of the band Jerz Igor, in which, together with Igor Nikiforow, he plays baroque-pop songs for children. Author of theater and film music.
