Krzysztof Gajewski: Everyone Sees What’s the World Like, Don’t They?

We have the pleasure of inviting you to a meeting and exhibition within the 9th “Curious about the World” Culture and Travel Festival:

Krzysztof Gajewski: Everyone Sees What’s the World Like, Don’t They

October 24th, 2019
6 PM exhibition opening
6:30 PM meeting

Forum cinema, 5 Legionowa Street
free admission
the exhibition is open until November 24th, 2019

The exhibition was created especially for our festival.

The photos (including portraits) that we will see were taken during Krzysztof’s trips to Thailand, where he escapes from winter every year.

Part of the exhibition is an attempt to look at the residents of Bangkok and their lifestyle – everyday activities, ways to earn money or simply relax. The inhabitants of the capital of Thailand are charming people who at first glance seem happy and smiling, willingly posing for photos. There is no indication that something may lurk beneath the surface that tourists cannot see on a daily basis. The second part of the exhibition takes us to this underground world…

After the exhibition opening we invite you to the presentation, which will be a kind of complement to the exhibition.

Krzysztof Gajewski – author of exhibitions, publications, films, music videos, graphics, countless interactions with people and more. Involved in freedom, social and cultural topics. He comes from a street underground, thanks to which his view of the world has a specific style and a hint of real life. In his works, he tries above all to find man and traces of his activities.
