The islands of the South Pacific, seen from a bird’s eye, are small patches of land scattered across the boundless blue of the world’s largest ocean. They shine in the sun, sparkle with colors and delight with diversity. White beaches and turquoise lagoons of the paradise atolls of French Polynesia encourage blissful laziness, we will not succumb to it for long.

We will visit a multicultural Fiji, where the aromas of Indian dishes mix with the aromas of the traditional Polynesian drink called kava. In Tonga – the last kingdom in the Pacific – we land during Easter, when polyphonic, Polynesian chants resound in all churches. At Samoa we will look at traditional fale houses and go deep into the green interior, and on Easter Island we will try to explore the mystery of the monumental moai statues.

In the Pacific we will discover the land of smiling islanders living far away from the hustle and bustle of civilization and contemporary problems.

Avid travellers. When they met at a travel slideshow, he had already wandered into the Peruvian jungle, crossed Africa from Cairo to Cape Town and visited Buddhist monasteries in Tibet, she climbed in the mountains of Asia and admired the vastness of the Mongolian steppe.
