Roman Gryń
A graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin Music Academy in Warsaw. He started his professional career in 1983 at the National Philharmonic in Warsaw. In the years 1986–1988 he worked as a soloist at the Pomeranian Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz, and from 1986 to 2007 he was a soloist and head of a trumpet group at the Poznań Philharmonic. He has performed in many European countries, as well as in the USA and Canada. Roman Gryń also conducts extensive solo and chamber music activities.

In addition, he is a professor at the F. Nowowiejski Music Academy in Bydgoszcz and at the I.J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, where he teaches the trumpet class, while also being the Head of the Brass Instruments Faculty. He often sits on the jury of national and international competitions.

He runs numerous workshops and interpretation courses in the field of orchestra, chamber and solo music.

Bogdan Narloch
A graduate from Prof. Leon Bator’s pipe organ class at the Music Academy in Gdańsk, Poland. He took part in many courses on interpretation of the organ music, such as Milan Šlechta’s course in Prague or Guy Bovet’s and U. Spang-Hansen’s ones. He is the director of the International Organ Festival in Koszalin, Poland. From 1995 to 2014, in cooperation with Prof. Marek Toporowski, he was organising Nationwide Courses of Organ Music Interpretation under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture of Poland. The courses were led by many outstanding European organists. He is a professor at the Academy of Art in Szczecin, he also leads the class of pipe organ at the State School of Music in Koszalin. As an active artist, he performs solo recitals, chamber music as well as concerts with the orchestra. He toured both in Poland and abroad, in countries such as Israel, Brazil, Uruguay, and Taiwan.

His achievements include a number of album recordings, for example pieces on historical organs and organ music of Pomerania. Aside from his didactic and artistic activity, he also deals with organ architecture and works together with the Department of Protection and Conservation of Antiques.
