Listening to Planeta Polar is like space traveling to the homeland of Cumbia. Musicians sing in Spanish yet look like three fays from the distant planet of your dreams. This fusion, flavored with electronic sounds, makes their music colorful and easy danceable. Attending a concert of Planeta Polar makes you feel part of a very warm yet barely familiar ritual.

Basy Tropikalne
Named ‘one of the go-to sources for new electronic and bass music from Africa and Latin America’ by London’s Sounds and Colours magazine, Basy Tropikalne is a Polish platform promoting contemporary electronic music from the aforementioned regions. Founded as a weekly radio show but now operates also as a netlabel and a series of tropical music oriented parties.
