Special screening – In the Meantime

“In the meantime” is a multi-threaded document focusing on the phenomenon of the old European route leading to the tomb of St. James.

The film takes a few perspectives – in one of them, the viewer goes along with the filmmakers from Lisbon to Santiago de Compostela, 700 km away. The continuous kilometres take a toll on the characters of the film – both physical and spiritual. The reportage threads are enriched with statements of pilgrims, who have travelled the Camino, and people who explain the ideas behind the route.
