Victor Borsuk, one of the most successful extreme athletes in Poland, will talk about the path he has taken – about successes, failures and mistakes he made during his career, as well as how he learned to eliminate these mistakes. We will also hear about how fear is overcome when a person faces 10-meter waves in Hawaii or when he is swimming in shark-filled waters.

These stories combine passion for sport and travel with business and establishing long-term cooperation with clients and sponsors. They inspire and show weaknesses, strengthen determination and teach which tools to use for sales, lack of motivation or problems in teamwork.
