We invite to the open workshops “T for Theatre, T for Tuwim, C for Creation” after the performance.

A screenwriter Marta Guśniowska combined poems from the books “Rany Julek” and “Tuwimowo” by A. Frączek, W. Chotomska, M. Brykczyński, A. Strug, and M. Rusinek, inspired by the work of Julian Tuwim. The childhood of Julek Tuwim is the main theme. As a mischievous little boy, he plays a chemist, a firefighter, a magician, a lizard breeder or dreams about traveling to America. The play is supplemented with a mobile, transformable set, exquisite puppets  created by Katarzyna Szpilkowska, and daring music by Jacek Budyń Szymkiewicz, the lead singer of the band Pogodno.

The Małe Mi Theatre is a puppet theatre faithful to the tradition of traveling storytellers, created by Sława Tarkowska, a graduate of the Puppetry Art Department in Białystok. It entertains and teaches young audience and their guardians with professionalism and attention. It uses different kinds of animation, live action and live music, and beautiful, rich scenography in its performances.

Marta Guśniowska – a multiple winner of Theatre Play Competition organised by the Children’s Art Centre in Poznań, a bronze “Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis” medal laureate. The author of plays for children performed on scenes in Poland and abroad.
