Bialystok Cultural Centre opens call for fourth edition of The Rise of Eastern Culture / Another Dimension!
Festival will take place on 2-4th September 2016 in Białystok.
The project is open to: institutions, non-governmental organisations and artists from Bialystok. The central theme of the festival is Ukraine and anniversary date of events on Maidan in Kijev.
The purpose of this invitation is to invite tenders in artistic and cultural disciplines: music, visual arts, theatre, dance, performative actions, events within the city space…

Bialystok Cultural Centre as coordinator of the Rise of Eastern Culture / Another Dimension will pre-select basis of proposals till March 25, 2016.
